School
History
Granada Hills Baptist School (GHBS),
founded in 1954, is a non-profit, interdenominational Christian school operated
by Granada Hills Baptist Church. The school is open to all who wish to attend,
agree with and adhere to its policies and meet academic qualifications. The
school's immediate supervision and its basic policies are determined by
the School Board, which is elected for that purpose by the church membership,
and carried out by the school administrator.
Mission Statement
Granada Hills Baptist School exists to exalt God, to educate children,
and to encourage them and their families to follow Jesus Christ.
